CAPA Management System

  Audit Management
Schedules, captures, tracks, and trends progress of audits and results in a FDA or ISO regulated environment. A central repository is key to documenting, tracking assessment requirements, and having an audit trail, while it is seamlessly integrated with other QS Labs product modules for optimum quality control.
 
     
  Calibration and Preventive Maintenance
Logs equipment utilized in the facility for manufacturing, research and development, and quality assurance testing.  Links to calibration and preventive maintenance schedules as assigned by facility engineers.  This product feature may link to installation qualification activities for new or existing equipment.
 
     
  Compliance Portal
Allows users to create personalized dashboards and reports. Provides key staff with the statistical and summary reports needed for trend and statistical analysis. Platform includes embedded search function to allow simple keyword search or advance query.  Customizes reports with chart options, trend period, product information, and multiple filter functions. Dashboard reports may also be exported to html charts, Adobe PDF, XML, Microsoft Excel, or Microsoft Word formats.

  Deviation and Out of Specification Monitoring
Logs, tracks, and manages deviation activities and investigation reports.  Allows associate to assign deviation numbers, upload deviation files, track and trend deviations, determine and record root cause, initiate corrective actions.  Supervisors can use this feature to review and approve final investigation reports.
 
     
 

Product Tracker
This module will allow clients to identify the location of return products and view status in complaint investigation process. Product tracker centralizes Return Goods Authorization (RGA) tracking processes and unifies field service engineers, quality assurance specialist and customer service representatives.

This same feature can be applied to all other returns and transactions with third-party test labs and internal test labs. Product tracker is login protected and accessible through the web with Internet connection or wireless Web interface.

 
     
 

Supplier Management
Provides control and coordination of suppliers' activities through a central repository.  Manage enterprise resource planning with multiple suppliers, vendors, contractors, and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).  This feature also offers suppliers rating system to benchmark performance, supplier surveys to obtain feedback, and supplier audit schedules to execute and coordinate supplier qualification maintenance.
